We hope you love your new Arkham Fitness products, just as much as we do. However, we have a Returns Policy in place there is an issue with your product.
To process your return please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information:
- Email Address
- Order Number
- Item to be Returned
- Issue with Item Being Returned
Once you have sent the email, please be patient with our Returns Team while they finalise all return requests. You will receive a confirmation email 48 hours of lodging your return with all the information you need to complete the rest of your return.
From when a parcel is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 days for your return to be finalised. Please note, we do not issue refunds or exchanges on non-faulty items & change of mind.
We do not offer full refunds or physical exchanges for a product unless it is deemed faulty upon inspection. In some scenarios, we may require the faulty item to be returned to us for further inspection.
*Please note: When returning a parcel, will supply you with a return Label. Customers are required to keep all relevant return information, including their return tracking number, in case any issues arise. If the package is lost while being returned to us, unfortunately Arkham Fitness is not at fault.
All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. If the item being returned does not comply with our standards, the customer will be contacted.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
*Please note: We are not the couriers and cannot be held liable for any lost parcels. All returns will be shipped back to our only warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
By opting in and paying for an item purchased on pre-sale, you understand this product will be allocated to you in the pre-ordering process. We do not offer full refunds on pre-sale items. If you do wish to cancel your pre-sale order, you agree and understand you will need to cover a cancellation fee of 20% of value of the product.
