I started up training with Josh during lockdown in 2020, as I had reached my heaviest and was uncomfortable in my own skin. I struggled with motivation being stuck at home. 

I initially began training online with Josh, then once gyms re-opened I started doing both at home and in gym sessions.

Through training with Josh I have not only seen physical results, I am more comfortable in my own skin and confident in doing my solo workouts be it at the gym/home or even while on holidays. 

He helps keep me focused to achieve results and educates me on the process as well. He pushes me to reach my best during PT while always having a laugh.

Lachie

I started training with Josh because I knew I needed a push to get me started.

I hadn’t kept a proper exercise routine for 2 years, and it took a toll on me. I was gaining weight, feeling tired all the time and just wasn’t a fit person all round.

Josh gave me a fresh start with rapid progress beyond my goals. In a matter of a few months, I was achieving results beyond what I imagined. This gave me the confidence to push beyond what I thought I was capable of.

I know I’ve got a lot more potential in the tank to go further, and I’m feeling stronger, fitter, & happier than ever.

Before I started training with Josh, I was feeling very down and not happy with how I looked which is the main reason why I started.

Due to the lockdowns of 2020, I felt like it was the perfect time to start. 

Training with Josh has been awesome! 

Before starting training in person, I began my journey with online training.  Josh made online training fun and he created a very encouraging environment with our weekly check-ins!

I am feeling better than ever and love the results I am seeing. I now enjoy going to the gym twice a week!
