Welcome to our foundation program. An 8-week program designed for someone new to the gym or an exercise routine.
Weeks 1 – 4 focus on you completing 2 full body sessions a week focusing on base movements. Weeks 5-8 Take what you have learnt in the first 4 weeks and move you to a 2-3 day a week split. Day 1 = Upper, Day 2 = Lower & Day 3 – A Full Body workout focussing on getting your heart rate up and strengthening your core.
This program is available as a stand-alone program to complete on your own or as a coached program, where you will have access to my training app, videos showing all exercises, the ability to send through videos for form & technique checks, direct messaging through the app and more.
